This cloud infrastructure is available for anyone who need cloud service. The cost to get this service is usually more affordable. Meanwhile, Private cloud is only available for a certain organization or company. It is usually operated or managed by the company itself or a third party. Most big companies prefer Private cloud service because it offers more security.

Some cloud users are worried about the security of their data in public cloud service. It is understandable because the cloud server has many clients. And if the server do not manage and control the data very well, some data may be lost. To avoid it, you can follow one of these tips.

  • Have a backup for your data

To have more control over your data, you must backup your data. Therefore, when there is something wrong with the data you stored in the cloud, you won’t need to worry much. That’s why it is important for you to always backup your data.

  • Know where your data is

It is important for you to know where your data is so that you can gain more control over it. When there is something wrong with the provider of the cloud service, you will be able to point out which machine that stores your data to get it back.

To ensure the security of your data, you must make sure that the server takes security seriously. You must make sure that they have advanced antivirus, firewall, and intrusion detection. Asking other clients’ references is also important.
